The centerpiece of this event is the “‘How-To-Make’ Laboratory Workbook,” a wide-ranging collection of questions, problems, and exercises on issues that we’ve encountered in putting projects together. We may not be artists or professional organizers, but our perspective can open up some compelling takes on things. As you read through the Workbook, try to take a fresh look at how you spend your days off—the researchers might be able to help you find a new approach.
