Workshop Leader Education Program seeks students and lecture attendees

  • Music ,
  • Lecture / Symposium

An education program operated in collaboration with a cultural institution that leads the way overseas in educational activities
Tokyo Bunka Kaikan and Portuguese music facility Casa da Música teamed up to launch an original Music Education Program in 2013.
For the project’s Workshop Leader Education Program, participants learn the requisite basic skills of workshop leadership under the instruction of Casa da Música workshop leaders, then create and present workshops in groups. Organizers of this hands-on practical program believe students cannot learnt purely through classroom learning.
