The works made by participants will appear in the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan Opera BOX “Carmen”. Making objects, which plays an important role in stage design, will stimulate participants’ interest in this area of stage production. For their final presentation, participants will observe the rehearsal just before the opera performance and see the things they have made being used as part of the stage setting!

Number of participants: about 40-50 (per session)

Participants: Students from elementary grade 1st to junior high school 3rd year
Entry requirement: Must be able to attend on all of the specified dates
Application period: Jun 1 (Sat) – Jul 5 (Fri) (postmark date)

Participants will observe the dress rehearsal for the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan Opera BOX “Carmen” on Nov 23 (Sat/holiday) (time to be decided)
*The dress rehearsal observation is free of charge.
*Observing the dress rehearsal without attending the workshop is not permitted.
