A new performance space for Tokyoites where anyone and everyone can join in!

As part of the Cultural Program for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games, we are launching TOPACO (Tomin Performer’s Corner), which uses spaces and places at the offices of private sector companies to offer citizens of the metropolis a forum in which to present their artistic and cultural activities.
To celebrate the very first TOPACO session, we will hold an opening event at Shibuya Mark City on Saturday, March 24, 2018. High school bands, Oedo Tamasudare street performance artists, and many other amateurs active in the metropolis will get together in Shibuya, Tokyo’s cultural promotion hub, to give performances showcasing the fruits of their grassroots activities.
