A series of talks in which we consider questions of interest through conversations and the reports offered by guests whose activities grow out of interrelation with people in different places through the various techniques of such activities as film, dance, music, and the plastic arts as well as magazine editing.

As editor of the quarterly magazine Kotonone, Kikuo Satomi profiles the business activities of facilities for the disabled with the aim of increasing the wages of disabled individuals. At this event he will talk about what his interviews have revealed about the new relationships developing between the disabled and the society they belong to.
