UENO Cultural Park Collaboration Concert “Around the UENO PARK with Music”

Genre:
  • Music

Special one-day concert in collaboration with the cultural facilities and institutions in Ueno

The concert showcases up and coming musicians, with a focus on the winners of the Tokyo Music Competition. Anticipated performances include a piano solo, a woodwind quartet, and a string quartet. These performances will take place at six of Ueno Park’s premier cultural venues, including Tokyo Bunka Kaikan.

Each of the six venues will offer different music performances in a unique setting – one in a concert hall, with others in the museums or art galleries, and all are close by. This experience will offer visitors a chance to enjoy a variety of music performances and opportunities to experience various cultures by walking through concert halls to museums and art galleries while broadening their cultural horizons.

On the day, free childcare services will be provided to allow parents with children to visit the venues across Ueno Park and enjoy the concerts. Childcare services will be available to visitors of the “Around the UENO PARK with Music” as well as those to Ueno Park’s cultural facilities.
