This summer, embrace the traditions of Japan!

This event will give more people a chance to physically experience Japan’s diverse performing arts!
In just one day, you’ll encounter and try a variety of things and activities. Watch, listen, experience, and enjoy the Japanese summer!

Program

Workshop Reservation required
Which of the three performing arts do you want to try? Choose one and go for it!
1.Shamisen (30 participants)
2.Koto (40 participants)
3.Nihon Buyo (40 participants)
Participants: Students from 1st year of elementary school through 3rd year of high school
Time: 15:00-15:30

Free Time! No reservation required
Move freely through the venue space, discover various musical instruments, and watch professionals’ performances up close. You’ll also have a chance to experience the performing arts that you didn’t select for the “workshop.”
Time:15:30-16:00

Let’s see and listen! No reservation required
Of course, the pros are amazing! Experience their performances in an authentic way in the venue hall. And don’t miss the presentation by children who attended the Short Term Lesson!
Time: 16:00-16:30

Finale: Let’s dance Nihon Buyo together! No reservation required
You will learn easy moves together with other participants with live music.
Time:16:30-17:00
