The Art Bridge Institute (ABI) works to build networks connecting activities, centers, and people in different communities by holding events that showcase activities linking art and society, publishing the ART BRIDGE journal, and distributing its publications.

ABI is now looking for interns to help develop activities for the organization this fiscal year.
If you feel a connection with the ABI philosophy and want to be part of what the organization is doing, this is the perfect opportunity to get involved.

Activities

1. Administrative support for ABI projects
– Provide administrative support for events like Bridge Talk and Forum, among other projects

2. ART BRIDGE distribution
– Research and write reports on potential targets for ART BRIDGE distribution, drawing on your own personal interests and areas of expertise

3. Participation in Bridge Talk and Reading events
– Get involved in monthly activities that serve to forge a deeper understanding of what it means to unite art and society. Activities include Bridge Talk events, gatherings with special guests, and “Readings,” where participants join Director Chihiro Minato and ABI staff members to read and discuss issues of ART BRIDGE.

Treatment

– Unpaid
– Participants are required to sign up for NPO insurance.
– ABI does not reimburse participants for travel expenses or offer any other forms of compensation.
