Eastern Tokyo will bloom with music. This is the launch of BLOOMING EAST, where people and places blossom.
Tokyo’s east side has few live music venues and concert halls compared to the central part of the city.
On the other hand, many of the good old places here retain their original charm, and new buildings making effective use of the surrounding landscape are being constructed.
Scenic and historic sites, stylish glamor, duty and emotion, elegance and refinement. This is also a resource-rich area with great places and great people.

Every space in town will become a stage, a multitude of sounds will be heard, many people will gather.
To make this sort of area development happen, we will research hidden spaces from various perspectives and create networks among people and places, so that everyone can openly use these spaces in positive and effective ways.

A new music network project created by all, with the aim of making the whole of eastern Tokyo a stage–this is the start of BLOOMING EAST!
