This year composer Yukiko Nishii and percussionists Manami Kakudo and Kaoru Noda will be holding a workshop at Shioiri Tower on making sounds.
The artists and children will transform Shioiri Tower into a wooden instrument. Artist Tadashi Kawamata will also participate.
