Devised by playwright, director, and actor Hideki Noda, this new movement, Tokyo Caravan, aims to gather together the diverse artistic scenes of Tokyo and the rest of Japan, in order to spread the word about them.
This year, as part of the Leading Project ahead of the Cultural Programme for the TOKYO 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the general public will have the chance to see how the process of producing performances actually works.
