The projects aims to create new after-school cultural environments by using children’s centers as places of alternative art, self-government and education. Set in Nerima Ward, the project will focus on creating “Ideal environments where junior and senior high school students can engage in new activities,” while also carrying out other initiatives such as “creating places where children become involved with art” and “projects for reserarching and transmitting information.”
