This project organizes a wide variety of “ongoing” art programs that bring together the many art spots in the Suginami, Musashino, and Tama areas that lie between and around Koenji Station and Kokubunji Station on the JR Chuo Line–a region that has been home to a thriving artist population and continued to attract growing numbers of young people.
TERAOTERA also places a strong emphasis on human resource development and continues to do planning for TERAKKO, a volunteer group. Other initiatives include English courses for art managers, which will be conducted in cooperation with TARL.
