Artist Tatsuo Miyajima turned off his “Counter Void” work, which once illuminated the Keyakizaka area of Roppongi, after the disastrous Great East Japan Earthquake. This project will hold a variety of lectures and workshops to address the idea of relighting the work in a way that fits harmoniously into post-3/11 Japanese society.
