To build Tokyo into a city where everyone can partake in the thrill brought about by arts and culture, we provide support to initiatives aimed at improving accessibility for audiences/participants, targeting arts organizations, private theaters and art spaces, private enterprise, intermediary support organizations, executive committees etc. in Tokyo.

Additionally, this grant program is provided in conjunction with support provided by the subsidized services of Tokyo Support Center for the Arts and Culture ARTNOTO, such as courses and consultation services.
