Although the number of migrant youth and children in Tokyo has been increasing in coming years, there has not been much interaction with the Japanese society. Many migrants youth feel isolated from the society as a result. Under such circumstances, this project will focus on migrant youth and aim to seek possibilities of effective engagement program though creative approach. The project consists of three activities. 1) Research on current situation of migrant youth 2) Implementation of pilot art workshops as an engagement program. 3)Involving migrant youth to participate organizing the workshops as a part of empowerment program.
