Views and insights will be exchanged through research, workshops, committee meetings and symposia with network members and performing arts professionals.
In addition, the Asian Producers’ Platform (APP) camp, which has been held annually since 2013 with partner organizations in Korea, Taiwan and Australia through cooperation between government and the private sector, will be held in Japan; and intensive international conferences will take place throughout the whole week of the camp, mainly in Tokyo. More than 30 leading young producers from Asian countries will meet together and have face-to-face exchanges of views and information with ON-PAM members and various performing arts experts from Japan, making the camp an effective setting for developing young professionals with global perspective.

Open Network for Performing Arts Management (ON-PAM)
Established in February 2013, Open Network for Performing Arts Management (ON-PAM) is a networking organization whose membership consists mainly of individual performing arts managers – people who facilitate relationships between artists and audiences/society. Through their activities such as defining and raising awareness of the social role of contemporary performing arts, making cultural policy recommendations, ON-PAM aims to contribute to the benefit of the performing arts and society as a whole. As of the end of March 2016, over 150 performing arts managers from Japan and other countries are active members.
