Outline

Now in its 16th year, “Trolls in the Park” is an international contemporary art exhibition taking place in the area between JR Nishi-Ogikubo Station and Zenpukuji Park. The open-air exhibition at Zenpukuji Park features artwork exhibits, performances and more against a backdrop of the changing seasons. Meanwhile the art program around the Nishi-Ogikubo area will bring together a diverse mix of programs offering not only art viewing opportunities, but immersive art experiences such as audience participation.

【Trolls in the Park Organizing Committee】
The Trolls in the Park Organizing Committee is an organization of participating artists and representatives from local galleries, activity groups, elementary schools, supporting organizations, and more. The Committee aims to provide opportunities for presenting contemporary art, promote a deeper understanding of art by local residents, etc., get children and younger generations more interested in art and expression, create new local networks through contemporary art, energize the community through different projects, and pursue other endeavors.
