On this program we conduct real-world experiences and research on the theme of “seeing”,“creating” and “performing” classical works on stage in Japan and overseas. The aim of the program is to increase the number of people interested in seeing the classics on stage and to foster talent to create, plan and perform them. Towards this aim, project activities are designed to get us thinking about the sort of programs that could sustainably be staged in Japan and throughout the world, and the type of stage arts we performers could transmit to the world going forward.
