Outline

Composer Francesca Le Lohé’s new original musical drama, inspired by Ogai Mori’s novel, ‘Vita Sexualis’. This performance not only reveals the creative process, but marks the beginning of this project’s journey across the world. With creative members from various backgrounds working beyond the framework of ‘nationality’, this project aims to foster cultural connections through collaboration.

Profile

Sound & Word Network
The Sound & Word Network brings together sound artists (composers, musicians, DJs, makers of sound art, improvising performers, etc.) and word artists (writers of all genres, spoken word performers and poets, visual artists who also use text, etc.) The network was founded in August 2020 by composer Francesca Le Lohé and writer Charlotte Wührer with the aim of fostering new connections and intercultural exchange. Members of the Sound & Word Network explore novel ways of bringing sound and word together, working collaboratively on a range of projects.
