A performance of Chaparihanna’s first theatrical production, “KITOKITOKITOKI TOKIDOKIVIVI,” with direction and choreography by Nao Usui.
By creating and performing works on the theme of “memories that sometimes come back to you like an electric shock as time goes by,” the aim is to offer the audience the experience of an encounter with the essence of things through the bodies of the performers.
With production that makes good use of the free space of the theater, live music featuring a variety of musical instruments, and a richly individualistic performance by five men and women, Chaparihanna seeks to convey the appeal of stage arts using its creative ingenuity to expand the audience’s imagination.
