Using the Euphonium –an instrument associated with classical and wind music – as the principal instrument in a jazz combo not only allows the audience to experience the unknown appeal of the Euphonium, but also the versatility and unknown possibilities of jazz.
Organizers hope to attract new jazz fans by filming the event with six cameras and streaming it on YouTube as an immersive and engaging video.
