Main Performers
Hosho Kazufusa is the 20th headmaster of the Hosho-ryu school of Shite.
Yasufuku Mitsuo is headmaster of the Takayasu school of the otsudumi style.
Komparu Soemon is the headmaster of the Konparu school of the taiko style.
Takeda Takashi is a Noh performer of the Hosho school of the Shite style. Professor Emeritus of Tokyo University of the Arts.
Hoshokai Public Interest Incorporated Association
The official organization of the Hosho school of Noh theater.
Although it was officially established as an incorporated association in 1912, its predecessor organization began its activities around 1885.
As the core organization of the school, it has worked to pass on the traditional techniques and fundamental spirit of Noh, and has contributed to the development of the Nohgaku world and cultural activities in Japan.
The organization is committed to the promotion of Nohgaku by hosting a variety of performances and providing opportunities for many people to enjoy Noh in a wide range of genres.
