To build a harassment-free environment in theater, momocan Co., Ltd. has conducted a“Harassment Prevention Training” program in order to impart accurate knowledge of the subject to people involved in theater and to raise awareness of the training program on the creative frontlines.

Two types of training were on offer:
1. Separate training objectives for different sections of theater (playwrights/directors, actors, technical staff, production, managers)
2. Continuous training and stress checks, from rehearsal to the end of momocan productions
