THE BLACK FENCE has expanded the 2nd "Takaido Art Festival 2024" of the popular Takaido Art Festival held in October last year to 7 venues including shops around Takaido Station with the theme of "reuse" and exhibits works by 13 contemporary art artists including Fumi Momose, Aya Osaka, Kohei Nawa, Maki Hayashida, Nobutaka Aozaki, Rirkrit Tiravanija, Ryan Gander, Takuro Tamayama, Tomotoshi, Yoshinori Niwa, Yuki Mineo, Yuko Mori and Yusuke Asai. The venue and the works on display have been expanded from last year, and this year's event will be held again as a project where anyone can casually enjoy contemporary art.

“THE BLACK FENCE ” (Kenichi Kuroki/Yorito Sakiki), an art collector unit living in Takaido, exhibited about 250 works from the contemporary art collection. This year, compared to last year, the lineup of works from artists and art collectors, as well as works from the public, was more varied and exhibited.
