Organized by volunteers who graduated from art and art universities, this project is based in Tokyo's Heterotopia Sanya area, and connects up-and-coming Japanese artists interested in the theme of "community and society construction" with young foreign artists. It observes and explores the new possibilities of modern cities from the perspectives of people with different cultural backgrounds. It is an art community that plans and implements art projects that combine artistic creation and social research.
