Business Overview
In recent years, technological advances such as blockchain technology and artificial intelligence have made it seem as if capitalism is undergoing a major transformation. But is capitalism really evolving? Just as capitalism has developed through repeated trials and errors, Handa in this exhibition creates works on site as if in an open studio, presenting prototypes even if they are sometimes incomplete. At the same time, he will exhibit his past works as if to resist the acceleration society. In this exhibition, Handa aims to show how AI is human and how art and capitalism are similar. You may find in the work a seemingly cynical attitude not only toward capitalism but also toward art itself. At the same time, however, Handa believes in the transformative power of art. "Art produces nothing. But it's also a function that can affect people's lives without an obvious output."
