For 9 days in the autumn of 2020, Monzen-nakamachi, Kiyosumi-Shirakawa, and Morishita in Koto Ward were filled with art, and the entire town of Fukagawa was turned into an art museum. By shedding light on artists who are not yet known to the world due to various reasons, such as disabilities, the museum aims to create dialogue and deepen understanding of diversity through street art that brings people into contact with the charm of the town and people of Fukagawa, which retains the atmosphere and atmosphere of Edo. National competitions for artists with disabilities are also held. The aim is to create a society where the power of art draws people together, enjoys chatting, recognizes and supports each other, and "lives together."
