Business Overview
This year, 34 concerts were held in 15 venues, which is only 60% of what it was before the COVID-19 pandemic, but it was a great achievement to be able to hold concerts on street corners, outdoors, and in commercial facilities, which had to be canceled. We are pleased that we have been able to partially realize the goal of the Ogikubo Music Festival, which is to rediscover the charm of Ogikubo. They also held a "Fresh Junior Concert" for the first time in three years. This concert, in which children can participate and preschoolers can watch, has been a pioneer, and we were able to hold the 10 th concert, which is a milestone, and we felt once again the importance of continuing it. For the 8th Mirai Dream Concert, we were able to hold a concert for the first time in three years with the Minamisoma City Tachihara-cho Daiichi Junior High School Brass Band Club. It was the first time for all the junior high school students from Suginami Ward and Minamisoma City to appear on the show, and I hope to build up exchanges from scratch. I would like to continue to make Ogikubo a comfortable place to live and a place where people are happy to live.

[Association of Ogikubo, the Town to Enjoy Classical Music]
The "Association to Think about Ogikubo in the 21 Century" was formed to think and propose how to make Ogikubo easier to live in, such as the improvement of the area in front of JR Ogikubo Station and the surrounding environmental problems. From there, the "Ogikubo Music Festival" was started in 2000 with the concept of town development and revitalization of Ogikubo through classical music. Since then, an annual music festival has been held continuously.
