We also succeeded in making the best use of the theater structure and space through close meetings and cooperation with the theater side. In addition, considering the total performance time, we changed the performance of a small piece to one piece each time, giving consideration to the audience and achieving high ratings for the performance as a whole.

ROCKSTAR Co., Ltd. was established in November 2005. The company is mainly in charge of promotion and management of the dance company "Condors" which was established in 1996. Condoles made his big break at the Tokyo Globe Theater in 1999. Moved to the US in 2000. The N.Y. Times raved about it. Since then, he has been invited to perform in more than 30 countries around the world. In Japan, he has been on a hall tour throughout Japan every year since 1999. In 2005, Kondo received the Shuji TERAYAMA Award of the Asahi Prize for Performing Arts. The performance at Shibuya Public Hall sold out on the same day. Appeared on TBS 'Konjaku Tairiku' (Continent of Passion). In 2016, the NHK Hall performance commemorating the 20 year anniversary was sold out on the same day and the additional performance was performed. In 2017, Ryohei KONDO, the director, received the Minister of Education Award for Fine Arts from the Agency for Cultural Affairs. In 2022, KONDO, who presided over the theater, assumed the position of Artistic Director of Sai no Kuni Saitama Art Theater. In addition to performing the Condors, we are also engaged in activities such as fostering the next generation, performing for local citizens, performing for people with disabilities, and performing for young children.
