Business Overview

Based on the idea of "making Tama a mecca of chanson," "TOKYO chanson festival" was established 11 years ago. Through the participation of the general public and the promotion of networking of each chanson group, the goal is to become a major music hub called "Chanson in Tama" and, in turn, to revitalize the region through music and improve the culture of the entire Tama area. The 11 th TOKYO Chanson Festival will consist of the Chanson Promenade by amateur singers on March 9, the Muse of Montparnasse, a chanson drama featuring theater, chanson and video on March 10, and the Chanson Gallery by 18 professional singers (Including guest singers Linda Yamamoto and Gomei Kishimoto).

【TOKYO CHANSON FESTIVAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE 】
The committee was established in 2011 by local chanson enthusiasts to plan, manage and hold the annual chanson festival. Since May 2012, the festival has been held almost every year, with the exception of 2020, when the planned festival had to be cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The festival is also sponsored by many local businesses.
