The 3rd Startup Subsidy in FY 2021

Business Overview

In the past, he has tried an ecological approach by exhibiting the ecosystem itself, but this exhibition is his first video installation in which he edited the reality of the relationship between nature and humans that he happened to encounter along the Izu coast, and presented it in a high-quality sound space using two projectors. Carcasses washed up from the sea in Japan are clearly stated to be disposed of "as appropriate" according to a manual established by the Fisheries Agency. Aquatic animals, which once had the meaning of gods and are now treated "as appropriate," do not change their existence value for non-humans. Mythical time and real time are simply products of human creation. Kabukicho is a town created by humans, but is this time a myth or a reality?
