Profile
【NHK Traditional Japanese Music Technicians Association Ensemble Contemporary Traditional Japanese Music (thoughts) 】
It was established with the aim of reinvigorating "contemporary traditional Japanese music," which has left a huge archive with great energy in the Japanese music scene after World War II, and revitalizing it as a modern heritage to be passed on to the future.
The pillars of his activities are to provide society with high-quality performances of masterpieces that are rarely picked up because they require advanced performance techniques, and to energetically commission and release new works created with a fresh sensibility in response to the advanced demands of aspiring and emerging composers.
