Business Overview

T3 PHOTO FESTIVAL TOKYO is a photo festival with the vision of "Asia's hub for fostering the next generation of photo culture." The three main themes are (1) photo exhibitions, (2) talks and events, and (3) student projects. This year, over 100 artists from Japan and overseas participated in exhibitions, projection nights, photo markets, talk shows, symposiums and other events held at 13 venues. In addition, portfolio exhibitions by students selected by 13 art colleges and vocational schools, public presentations inviting international reviewers, and open lectures were held, contributing to the development of the next generation. The main exhibitors are Shinichiro Nagasawa, Deanna Templeton, Aram Bartall, Akihiko Taniguchi, Mizuki Matsuda, Joakim Courtis and Adrian Sonderlegger, Sayuri Kano, Tatsuya Usui, New Scenario, Minoru Arai, Go Itami, Hiroshi Homura, Yuki Shimizu, Hiroki Horimoto, Kazuwa Kimura, Hachikaimimi, Daido Moriyama, Go Kaneda, and others.

TOKYO INSTITUTE OF PHOTOGRAPHY(T.I.P.) is an organization that operates based on the following three pillars.
(1) Creation of a place to talk about the future of photography and exchange
We aim to create a facility where photographers, photography fans, and companies that contribute to photography culture can exchange and freely discuss the charm, history, and future of photography.
(2) Activities to connect Japan and overseas countries
To introduce and sell Japanese photos overseas and overseas photos in Japan in cooperation with overseas photo organizations. Helping young photographers spread their wings around the world.
(3) Providing a place for learning aimed at improving Japanese photography culture
