Business Overview
This performance is the result of Terra Co., a choreographer training course planned and operated by dance company OrganWorks. This is the third time the event has been held since 2018. Eight young choreographers and two people who participated in the previous year participated and performed their creations. A training program that emphasizes the process of learning, creating, and presenting. A total of 11 lectures were held, with Shintaro HIRAHARA as the main lecturer and Hokuto KODAMA, Masayuki KAGEI, Karma ROBO and Nao YOSHIKIRAI as guest lecturers. They learn choreography from more diverse perspectives and create works. During the creative process, we discuss mid-term presentations, and after the presentations, we look back to create a creative work in stages.

In 2013, Shintaro Hirahara presided over the organization, which began its activities as an organization mainly producing planning, management and choreography of stage works, stage costumes, video works, music, publicity design, etc. It exists in a state close to that of a group in which members who are active in their individual activities gather for each performance or project, produce works, and demonstrate their individual abilities. 14 dancers belong to the company, and the main music producers of the company are Yuta Kumachi and Masayuki Kagei, the management organization of the company is Kuraneo Co., Ltd., and the planning and strategy office is Taku Morishima of Ratsuka Co., Ltd.
