Creation Grant subsidizes a portion of the activity expenses for Tokyo-based artists and art organizations in order to support various creative activities in Tokyo and their leaders.
Category I [Single Year] Creative activities supports creative activities such as performances, concerts, exhibitions, screenings, and art projects in Tokyo, as well as international art exchange activities in Tokyo and overseas.

2026年2月3日に公募を開始する2026年度 第1期 東京芸術文化創造発信助成「カテゴリーI ［単年助成］芸術創造活動」について、助成申請を検討されている方を対象にオンライン公募説明会を開催します。参加を希望される方は、各回締切日までに申し込みフォームからお申し込みください。
※「カテゴリーI［単年助成］芸術創造活動」について説明いたします。カテゴリーⅢは別日程となります。
※参加に際しては、「公募ガイドライン」を必ず事前にお読みください。
※公募説明会への参加は助成の採否には影響しません。

*The amount of subsidy may be less than the requested amount because it is calculated by comprehensively judging the basic policy of this subsidy program and the budget amount. Amounts less than 1,000 yen are rounded down.

* Co-sponsored projects and affiliated projects with facilities managed and operated by Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture are not eligible for subsidies.
*Projects sponsored or co-sponsored by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government or Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture, or projects that have been provided with subsidies, support funds, subsidies, commission fees, etc. from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture, or projects that are scheduled to be paid, are not eligible for subsidies. However, you can apply for this subsidy for projects that are or are scheduled to be paid for the "Grant for Accessibility" subsidy implemented by Arts Council Tokyo.
