Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture Arts Council Tokyo has been implementing "Grant for Accessibility" since FY2024 with the aim of realizing a symbiotic society where everyone can experience art and culture, together with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. This grant requires students to take a course to learn the know-how of effective support according to disabilities, etc., and will support the actual cost of the cost up to 1.5 million yen for initiatives aimed at improving accessibility for viewers and participants. This year, we have established a new "2025 Momentum Development Frame" with a maximum of 3 million yen in conjunction with the campaign titled "All Welcome TOKYO" for the period from September to December, including the World Athletics and Deaflympic Games.
As part of the 5th round, 18 organizations will receive grants for a total of 16,937,674 yen, and 2 organizations will receive grants for a total of 5,395,461 yen under the 2025 Momentum Building Program. Please refer to the list of selected projects below for details.
Applications for this subsidy will be accepted at any time and will be terminated when the total amount decided to be granted reaches the budget. Applications for a quota of up to 1.5 million yen have been closed because the total amount approved has reached the budget limit. Applications for the 2025 momentum building quota are still being accepted, but applications submitted by the end of November will be subject to the final screening process.
