2 minutes walk from JR, Tokyo Metro, Tobu Tojo Line and Seibu Ikebukuro Line Ikebukuro Station West Exit. It is directly connected to exit 2b of the underground passage of the station.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture have launched the "Tokyo Children's Arts and Culture Platform 'TOKYO Culture Debut'" to deliver art and cultural experiences to more children.
We will hold childcare workshops so that everyone, whether they are adults raising children or growing children, can participate in art activities without hesitation.
Adults can enjoy cultural appreciation with peace of mind, and children can have wonderful experiences such as crafts, costume making, singing, dancing, and other wonderful experiences.

*In addition to performances at the Tokyo Art Theater, it can also be used as a nursery for your own art activities (Watching movies, exhibitions, taking lessons, etc.).
