The "Support for Society through Arts and Culture" program implemented by the Arts Council Tokyo of the Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture aims to support pioneering activities that propose new meanings for arts and culture in society and promote a way of art that is open to all people. The program supports art activities in which people from various social environments can participate together and demonstrate their creativity while respecting each other's individuality, as well as activities that address various social and urban issues by utilizing the characteristics of arts and culture.
This time, we have decided the projects eligible for the Social Support Subsidy through Arts and Culture in FY 2023 (FY 2).
In this fiscal year, 10 applications were accepted out of 21. The total amount of the grant is 13,095,000 yen.
