We have decided on the target projects for the first Creation Grant of the first period of Reiwa (2023). In this subsidy program, in addition to the existing grants, we have started supporting the actual expenses of "appreciation support expenses" and "creative environment support expenses" from this fiscal year.
Category I Single Year Grant, 1st Term received 478 applications, 83 items adopted (17.4% acceptance rate). Total amount of grant planned: 96.03 million yen tab page. Of these, 20 are for "viewing support" and 15 are for "creative environment support," totaling 4.12 million yen.
Category II long-term grants received 32 applications, One was adopted. (3.1% acceptance rate). Total amount of grant planned: 9,201,000 yen tab page.
Category III Projects that Contribute to the Improvement of the Environment for Creative Arts [Long-term Subsidy] [Single Year Subsidy 1st Term] received 32 applications (20 long-term grants, 12 annual grants). Adoption of six projects (2 long-term grants, 4 single-year grants) with 18.8% acceptance rate. Total amount of grant planned: 14,253,000 yen (Long-term subsidy: 10,053,000 yen, Single-year subsidy: 4.2 million yen). Of these, 2 are for "viewing support" and 1 is for "creative environment support," totaling 500,000 yen.
