Business Overview

Local residents and Africans living in Japan were invited to an exchange event called "African Jamboree" at Harmony, a type B workplace that mainly serves people with mental disabilities. Together with the coordinator, Mr. Tengyo Kula, they contacted the Embassy of the Republic of Namibia in Japan and received the participation of three members of the Embassy, including the Ambassador of Namibia to Japan. On the day of the event, Mr. Tengyou exhibited and explained the "Super Namibian Karuta" that he created with young Namibians, and while playing with them, they came into contact with the lives and feelings of African people. At the same time, we introduced Harmony's activities and shared with guests from overseas and local people our thoughts on a world where people can live together regardless of their disabilities. In addition, an archive report about the day and the Cho-Namibia Karuta was later published on the website.
