Business Overview
The theme of this exhibition was to share various motifs in works with different ways of expression. The main visual of the painting, entitled “One, Two, Three, Four Houses, 5:00 and Six Leaves, ” depicts a series of cubes representing time, and the shadows are colored with tea leaves. Next to it is a drawing <<Kokubu, Sugamo, Futa, Chitose-Karasuyama>> of a car circling four houses, using rainwater from the four locations in the title to dissolve the pigments. At the back of the warehouse, an image of a handmade bat swinging in a clockwise direction is projected, with a car driving behind. In the three-dimensional work "Words," tea leaves, tobacco leaves and rainwater are kneaded into paper clay. By loosely sharing themes such as tea leaves, rainwater, and cars across the boundary between image and material, the artist's perspective was developed throughout the exhibition space.
