Business Overview
Since its formation in 2018, spac-e has been working with the aim of proposing new musical experiences by designing spaces for performing instrumental works using electronic technology. In fiscal 2021, a unique lecture concert #4a incorporating environmental sound was held at the Gudo-kaikan, a tangible cultural property of Tokyo, and a concert #4b introducing the essence of IRCAM, a world-renowned electronic music research institute, was held at the Suginami Public Hall Small Hall. In addition, a workshop was held to provide opportunities for young instrumentalists to deepen their understanding of the field through electronic sound and performance.

Formed in 2018. Using electronic technology, we design spaces for the performance of instrumental works, such as mixed works of instrumental music and electronic sound, and acoustic works, and propose their possibilities. The members are Kazuhiro Kajiwara (flute), Takahiro Uchiyama (flute), Makoto Hondo (saxophone), Kazuki Shinozaki (contrabass), Ko Sawara (electronic sound design), and Seiken Cho (secretariat).
