Business Overview
Yuko Takeda's solo exhibition "Okunomori he" was held at Gallery Concept 21 in Kita-Aoyama, Minato-ku. Under the themes of "Materials and Their Languages" and "Relationships with Space," this exhibition presents a total of 23 works composed of a combination of multiple materials used in Japanese painting, including washi (Japanese paper), dyes, rock paints, and gold and silver leaf. At the time of the exhibition, an art book that gives an overview of the past works and a booklet containing the record of the exhibition and comments were prepared and distributed.

Profile
[Takeda Yuko]
Born in Tokyo in 1983. 2012: Completed the Doctor's Course in Preservation and Restoration of Japanese-style Painting, Graduate School of Cultural Properties, Tokyo University of the Arts. He obtained a doctorate (cultural properties). His final work won the Nomura Art Prize. In 2013, trained in China (Hangzhou) as an overseas trainee of the Paula Foundation for the Promotion of Fine Arts. In 2014, he completed the advanced course of Kacho-ga at the Chinese Academy of Fine Arts. In recent years, he has held many solo and group exhibitions in Japan and overseas, including (HYPERMIX, 2021) and (Go-Sakura Art Museum, 2020 and 2021) as his main group exhibition.
