Business Overview

From October 10, 2021 to October 19, Mika Suzuki will hold her personal exhibition "PARADIGM SHIFT". In 2020, writer Suzuki Mika reached a major turning point as an artist through 2 contrasting experiences: living in Tokyo during the chaos of the COVID-19 pandemic and working in Shigaraki. The exhibition hall, oa, was originally a greengrocer and is currently used as an alternative space, but is scheduled to be demolished at the end of November 2021. I felt a great meaning to exhibit in such a place and held a solo exhibition. It is an exhibition that intersects the three "* Paradigm shift" of the world at a turning point, the artist himself at a turning point as an artist, the venue that is scheduled to be demolished, and trying to change for the future novelty. *Paradigm shift: A dramatic change in values, ideas, and things that have been taken for granted.
