Business Overview

It is an independent performance by Katsushiro KINEYA, a nagauta performer. Since the first festival in 1997, the theme and direction have been chosen for each festival, with the aim of promoting the spread and promotion of nagauta and other traditional Japanese performing arts by presenting performances of the highest standard, as well as devising ways to promote the interest and understanding of listeners. The theme of this year's festival is "Matsuri," a Japanese festival. The program features "Okina Chitose Sanbaso" and a creative piece called "Kumikyoku Edo." On the way, there will be a dialogue between Katsushiro KINEYA and Seiji KASAI to convey the appeal of nagauta in an easy-to-understand way. Performers include Katsushiro KINEYA, Jun TOON MIMI, Minosuke KINEYA and others (singing), Yusuke KINEYA, Yutaka TOON MIYATA, Katsujuro KINEYA and others (shamisen), and Kisokyu KATATA Shachu (hayashi).
