ACF National Amateur Chamber Music Festival started in 1988 at Ochanomizu Casals Hall and was the first music festival for chamber music lovers in Japan.
Music lovers who enjoy classical chamber music as a hobby in their daily lives are invited from all over Japan, and the aim is for them to experience the same stage as top musicians.
In addition, the audience will be able to experience the "beauty of life with music" presented by the master of ceremonies, together with music lovers. A festival full of love for chamber music.

TV Man Union
TV Man Union was established in 1970 as Japan's first TV program production company. In addition to producing regular programs such as "World Discovery!" and "Sekai Ulurung Sojourn," he also directed numerous music programs including "The Orchestra Has Arrived" and documentaries about Karajan, Asahina Takashi, and Ozawa Seiji. Using the experience he gained in producing these programs, he was in charge of planning and producing the Suntory Hall Opening Series in 1986 and Casals Hall for more than a decade from 1987.
In the planning and production of music and concerts, based on the free ideas of a production company, we carry out planning and production work of all genres based on (1998 Nagano Winter Olympics, 2001 Akita World Games, 2003 National Tree Planting Festival), including regular planning, inviting overseas performers, artist management, performance management, performance production, opera DVD and making production, and ceremony music production.
