The first performance of the Prince Opera "Tosca," an opera composed by Puccini, is an opera project that incorporates the charm of Kita-ku, a city of flowers and a city of peace declarations. A new opera performance featuring Kita Ward's original costumes and conveying the appeal of the Kita Ward area.
