The first performance of the Prince Opera "Tosca," an opera composed by Puccini, is an opera project that incorporates the charm of Kita-ku, a city of flowers and a city of peace declarations. A new opera performance featuring Kita Ward's original costumes and conveying the appeal of the Kita Ward area. The costumes of the three main roles were created as original costumes based on cherry blossoms, azaleas and roses, which are flowers of Kita Ward.
