Designed by Kaoru Kasai
Born in Sapporo, Hokkaido in 1949. After working at Bunka Printing and Otani Design Institute, joined Sun Ad in 1975.
In addition to long-term advertisement production and art direction for Suntory Oolong Tea (since 1983), United Arrows (since 1997), and Toraya (since 2003), he has also been involved in a wide range of activities, including CI/sign planning for Suntory, Roppongi Shopping District Promotion Association, and TORANOMON TOWERS, advertisement production for movies and plays, package design, and binding.

The logo of Arts Council Tokyo is used only when introducing our agency (including sponsored and co-sponsored projects) (*1). The logo may not be used for any other purpose. When using the logo, the logo shall be used in accordance with the manual.
*1: The use of our agency Logo in the selected project conducted by the recipient program shall comply with the use guidelines set forth separately.

Unauthorized use (prohibited acts)
In using our agency Logo, the following actions are prohibited.
- Use our agency Logo for any purpose other than that set forth above without our agency's permission.
- Transform, process or modify our agency logo.
- Use our agency Logo as part of other companies' service names, trademarks, logos, company names, etc.
- Use of our agency Logo in a manner that suggests approval, sponsorship, endorsement, etc. by our agency without our agency's permission.
- Using our agency Logo in a manner that is libelous or degrading to the reputation of our agency or our agency's business.
- Using our agency Logo in media that are illegal, contain content related to anti-social forces, obscene, or violate public order and morals.
