We will provide multifaceted support for the continuation and development of arts and culture activities, such as providing comprehensive support information through consultation desks and lecture programs, and providing production spaces, creation, and presentation opportunities.

Overseas Study Visit Program for Arts Management Professionals

In order to create creativity that fascinates the world as the center of the art scene in Japan and abroad, and to strengthen its function as an international art hub by making maximum use of the arts and cultural resources accumulated in Tokyo, young art management personnel who will play a role in connecting artists and society in the future will be dispatched to art festivals and other events on a short term basis, and opportunities will be provided to build a network with people involved in arts and culture overseas to become the first step in international activities. In addition, through direct contact with pioneering works and creative sites overseas, we aim to foster creative momentum from an international perspective. In the future, we will deepen cooperation between Tokyo and each of our clients and build and strengthen networks between Tokyo and overseas sectors. In fiscal 2026, we will expand the number of dispatch sites to 7 regions (planned) to further enhance our business.

Tokyo Artist Accelerator Program（TAAP）

A program to support young artists in the field of art and video who are aiming for independent and continuous activities. Focusing on the presentation of the work by the artist himself, it supports from both sides of improving the ability to talk about the work and strengthening the concept. In addition to providing highly flexible production support funds to selected supporting artists, TAAP will provide ongoing mentoring with diverse specialists in contemporary art and create "TAAP Live" events that speak to people in contemporary art in Japan and overseas, thereby supporting the international advancement of young artists starting in Tokyo.

Talents Tokyo

In cooperation with the Berlin International Film Festival, we aim to foster "Talent (=Talents, Talents)" who have the potential to become the next generation of masters, in order to strengthen the creation and transmission of culture from Tokyo in the field of film, and provide them with the opportunity to build know-how and an international network to be active in the world. Young people from Asia who aspire to become film directors and producers will be invited to Tokyo, and we will hold lectures and joint reviews with professionals active worldwide in the fields of director, producer, and world sales.

START Box: Improving the Creative Environment for Artists

By providing a creative environment at a reasonable price for young artists who have difficulty finding a studio, we support their continuous creative activities. In addition, open ateliers and exhibitions of works by artists using the facilities are held at cultural events to promote interaction between artists using the facilities and local residents. Artists seeking an environment in which to create their work can rent creative spaces at affordable rates. I hope that new creative activities will start from this space.

Tokyo Support Center for the Arts and Culture ARTNOTO

It is a platform that supports the sustainable activities of artists and the bearers of all kinds of arts and culture in Tokyo and leads to new activities. We provide comprehensive support through three functions: a "consultation counter" that responds to concerns and difficulties, a "provision of information" that provides useful information for activities, and a "school" that provides knowledge and skills necessary for activities, mainly online and in cooperation with experts such as lawyers and tax accountants.
